Encompass’ land use planning expertise is comprised of extensive public and private sector experience including acquisition and feasibility studies, preliminary layouts and development plans, critical paths, project entitlement, development permits such as subdivision, short subdivision, variances, rezones and special uses, SEPA and other environmental compliance, and agency and public hearing representation.
