Encompass Engineering & Surveying has established a reputation for providing cost-effective, accurate, and timely surveying services using the latest technology. To accomplish Encompass’ objective of providing the highest quality of work with the greatest efficiency, the surveying department at Encompass maintains a comprehensive inventory of the latest survey equipment technology including GPS and Robotic Total Stations in an effort to sustain technological leadership and provide expedient, accurate field measurements with a minimum number of personnel.

Encompass contains a core of professional office and field surveyors experienced in the areas of boundary surveying, boundary line adjustments, right-of-way, topography, as-built surveys , ALTA surveys, wetland delineation, construction engineering services, and staking. Currently, the Surveying Department consists of three Professional Licensed Surveyors (PLS), three Land Surveyors in Training (LSIT), and three Field Crews that are supported by the Drafting and Engineering Departments. Our local ownership and employees not only provide quality service, but a direct knowledge of the surveying history and developing area. Our firm’s database contains a variety of critical surveying information dating back into the 1970’s keeping the surveying department at Encompass a step ahead of the rest.
